Dear Veranda Homeowners:
The Annual Meeting is scheduled for October 29, 2025, at 7:00 PM at St. Edwards Episcopal Church - 2453 Harrisburg Pike, Lancaster, PA 17601. There is also a Zoom option - please register below if you prefer to attend via Zoom:

*There is one open board seat for single family home candidates to submit their names. The incumbent plans to rerun; however, if you are interested in running for a position on the board, please email [email protected] by October 15, 2025, at noon with a brief biography about yourself and why you would like to serve the community so we may add your biography to the annual meeting website and your name to the voting ballot. Board Members serve as volunteers without compensation and a considerable time commitment is necessary to serve effectively.  You will be required to attend monthly Board Meetings, as well as other planning sessions. 
 
Please note that on October 16, 2025, Woo-Cat Martin will add the candidate information and voting ballot to the Veranda website, www.vhoa.info. If you plan to vote in-person, you do not have to vote online. The online voting option is being provided to all homeowners, so each may cast their vote, even if they are unable to attend the annual meeting.

Please understand that each household only receives one vote! If you cannot make the meeting, and you do not want to vote online, you may send someone to the annual meeting as your proxy to vote on your behalf. Please email our company at [email protected] so we can provide you with a proxy form, if needed.
